Thomas combines firsthand operating experience with practical system design. He is a real estate agent and former Division I athlete who has implemented AI in his team’s daily workflows. His focus is not on making AI look impressive; it is on defining work clearly enough that a person or system can perform it reliably.

Operating work behind the advice
Thomas co-founded Zensen Media with Reese Carlow. Their operating work also includes Relvara, an AI operating platform for real estate professionals, and Kabuto Club, a premium boxing brand. Those businesses provide the practical setting for testing workflows, content systems, customer handoffs, and the limits of automation.
Zensen does not publish invented testimonials or universal ROI claims. When Thomas describes a system, the useful proof is the job it was given, the source it uses, the action it may take, the point where a person reviews it, and whether the team continues to use it.
